I have tried changing every required value but it wont work, even if I run the sample PM Integration I will get the same error message.
I tried registering the MSScript.ocx and still wont work.
Any ideas?

Have you disabled User Account Control? Have you tried running Integration Manager as Administrator? On more modern Operating systems, security can cause issues with the installation and running of Integration Manager. If running as Administrator resolves your problem, you can adjust the Compatibility tab of the icon properties to have it always run as administrator.
