Hi Parteek , i'm using Dynamics 365 F&o
You can go through Setting->Auditing->Audit Summary View
Then check it there:
This will show if the record actually got deleted and which user context it got deleted.
You need to enable Audit though on your entity.
Do share some screenshots of how are you filtering and where are you check deleted records if this doesn't help.

I create a new table with new form.it working fine in Dev machine but when deploy on sandbox and try to filter by any field it delete the data from the table

We need more detail to provide input.
Did you create a new form for a custom entity?
Where are you applying the filter - advanced find/view?
If data is getting deleted did you check to remove all the filters if it wasn't actually getting filtered?
If it is deleted, then did you check Audit?
