CRM Plugin to compile XML message

I am currently looking at ways in which to do the following, so any advice would be much appreciated.

On create/update of an account record in CRM, i want the plugin to gather all fields on that record, then search for linked contacts and gather those into an XML message which can then be sent to BizTalk.

Does anybody have any examples which may be able to help me with?

    yes i did the same way. you can web service, call web service from plugins, web service will generate xml and place it into the biztalk folder.

    It's all going to be individual to yourself
