After Submit Button Tool.
Throw error 500. 

Admin User Provisioning

How to fix?

    Hi,

    I moved this thread to the d365 forum.

    Please use tags in line with your system version.

    From the screenshot provided I don't think that you work on AX4.0 ;-)

    About the issue:

    Are you the only one who faces this issue or does everybody have the problem loggin into this machine?

    Also check the URL and whether your user is properly setup as a user in this machine.

    I confirm  it is not AX4.0. It is Dynamics Ax D365FO version 8.0.

    Is it really version 8.0? That's been out of support for a long time.

    Please try to use a recent, supported version of the system.

    => I have just installed and only submitted this account

    => My account Submit is account admin setup for Machine.

    I always want to use the latest system, but my customers are not ready to upgrade at this time.

    In this case, I am thinking that is it because of my installer's error? And tell me how to reload this 8.0 version.

    Do you have Internet connection on the VM? Try if you can access some site such as google with the browser.

    Yes, My VM is connected to the internet.
