Workflow to send email when renewal date is due with conditions

Hello,
I am trying to set up a workflow that sends an email when the renewal date is 90 days before expiration and only for the records for a specific team owner.
The problem that I have is that the email gets sent, but for the accounts that seems to get a modification on the renewal date and for all owners. The condition that I put in doesn't seem to work.
What did I do wrong?
 
Here are my print screens. Please help with step by step if possible because this is my first workflow.
I put in the condition first so it checks if the owner equals the specific sales team.

    Hi Partner,
    According to your screenshot, the 'send email' step is in the wrong place.
    It should be placed below the condition, and you've put it on the same level as the condition step.
    So the Send Email step is executed whether your conditions are met or not.
