As I know in standard CRM you can use only multiselect optionset. It is static. There is no possibility to use LookUp as multiselect

RE: Adding multiple line items to sales order in Unified interface

    Hi partner,

In the unified interface, it is indeed impossible to select multiple products in the order form. This is by design.

In the classic UI, we can select products in the Look Up dialog.

In the unified interface, this lookup dialog no longer exists, we are using Quick Create form to add the product to the order.

In Quick Create form, we can only add one record at a time. That's why we can't add maultiple products in the order line items.
