UPR10109 and UPR10111

Hello,

I am trying to generate 1095-C information in a Test company prior to year end.

Some of the information was not correct last year and we had to manipulate the UPR 10109 and UPR10111.

So, I did a year end in test and was reviewing these two tables and noticed that some of the active employees are not showing up on these two tables for some reason. Anyone know why this is the case and how to fix this?

From what I understand, these two tables are populated with all the employees that were active in 2018(report year) but this does not appear to be the case.

What gives?

Thanks.
