Opening Balance Not Showing: Bank Reconciliation

Hi, we recently migrated to D365 and I'm unable to do the bank reconciliation for one entity as the opening balance is not showing in the account reconciliation page. when i check the trial balance, the balance is there and has been migrated properly. Can anyone help please? Thank you.
