How to Calculate Percentage Field

hello, so i have this question.

In the Table Below, the Milestone Percentage is Manual Input Field.

The Progress is Use Calculation.

How to Count it Using Flow? is it Possible? Or it must be Using Java script?

    Not quite sure of your exact requirement but you can set the calculation using a Flow, business rule or calculated field. Can you elaborate a bit more on your requirement?
