We have situation where our standard report "customer aging" Report is taking too much time and it get's failed every time on production but it works fine on UAT and Dev Environment.
so, we are looking into the issue but I want to ask is there any other ways through which we can generate the SSRS report like:- through Reporting server or by the help of any other tool.
Please help us.

What is the error you are receiving on production while running the report ?
If you are on Onpremise then you can check the sssrs logs .
If you are using online version then raise Microsoft support ticket to get the logs and troubleshooting
