While entering multiple transactions via General Journal, I try to copy and paste the date, description and other common fields from the previously entered transaction to the new one. While doing so, the details gets pasted in the new line, but vanishes away from the pervious one. I made multiple attempts and checked it very keenly while entering. But every time, I try to copy and paste the details in the new one, the details present in the older one vanishes off.
Is this strange thing, happening to others too ?? Is there anyway to resolve this..?
Please help me out and guide me to fix this issue..!
This problem is not common. Is there this problem with other functional modules? Is there any problem when performing other operations? If the problem still exists, try to use different network browsers to see if the problem is specific to the browser.
