I can get Time Zone the CRM OnLine timestamp in PHP or C#?

    Hey Ricardo,

    1. If you're referring to getting DateTime values on records, via the WebApi or the (deprecated) Organization Service, all times are always returned in UTC in the API responses.
    2. If you want to get the TimeZone for a specific SystemUser (like your own user), use the WebApi to query this (where your replace the empty guid with a SystemUserId):
      /api/data/v8.2/usersettingscollection(00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000)?$top=1&$select=timeformatcode

      This will return a code for the user's preferred timezone as an number. This number refers to Microsoft's definition of 'TimeZone Indexes'

    3. You can also ask Dynamics 365/CRM to convert times for you, for this please take a look at this article:
