
I have downloaded the CRM for Outlook App from my production Dynamics CRM Online 2016 version, and have added the web address from the production version. However, when I test the email synchronisation process they are only syncing from the Sandbox version.
How do I change or delete the path from the Sandbox to Outlook - to Production to Outlook?

Check your Email router / server side sync configured for you Production environment
