When in report writer, click on the tables button, then highlight the Sales Transaction Work and click open.   Select Sales User Defined  from there.  You will then have to go to the layout and add the fields.

Thank you, Dan, but can you expand on what you stated above, please?  I open GP report writer to a blank gray screen, I click on the tables tab at the top, we find no SOP_Transaction Work table.

Now, if I, after immediately entering report writer, I click on the Reports tab at the top, then open the "SOP Posting Journal", then click on tables, I have a "Sales Transaction Work" option.  If I double click this, we see the "Sales User-Defined Work History", however, I am not sure if this is where I am supposed to be either, as I have no "layout" option here.

I am unable to get the table to where I can select the fields I need in the the layout of the report.  I hope this makes sense.  Thank you for your help.

That is it.   Close the table for the window for the tables so you are at the Report Definition window.   Click the Layout button there to view the report.   THen you will need to drag the field on the report.   Keep in mind the sections of the report in relationship to the data putting on it.   It will not work on the report header for example because there are multiple records with Sales user defined data and only 1 posting journal.

Thanks!  That worked once I exited GP and then logged back in!  I appreciate all of your help :-)  Have a great weekend!
