i have applied a hotfix for GST E-Invoice patch in India in my demo environment.
But whenever i try to open the menu item i get this error
My user is sys admin and sys user. And also this menu item doesn't appear in Accounts receivable. The property for this menu item is
And also I have license in AX which is
Please Suggest.
create a new legal entity for Norway and check if you can see the above menu items.

You can run it by changing to IN or by removing the CountryRegionCode value altogether. However, I am not sure how that will affect the functionality since this has been enabled for a single country region.

Just an Update - I have created a new legal entity for Norway and it is working. Thanks to you :)
The underlying menuitem is CustEInvoice which is only enabled for "NO" i.e. "Norway". This is not enabled for India which is why you are getting this error
