Microsoft Outlook setup launches when I attempt to open GP 2010

Each time I attempt to start GP 2010 I am receiving the dialogue box to setup MS Outlook - why? We use GMail here so I have never bothered to setup a MS Outlook mailbox. Thank you!

In GP Home Page, select Customize this page at right corner of the window and uncheck the Outlook Setting. For more info, refer the below link

Hi,

From the Home page in GP select Customize this page.

Upper right corner of the window. Now uncheck the Outlook setting.

Jeff,

The home page feature of Dynamics GP can refer to users' outlook profiles to get task and email information on start up. Here is a link to a Knowledge Base article on the feature and how best to control/disable it if needs be.
