HI,
I have 3 AOS servers in user load is balancing equally but AOS1 Server consume 99% RAM.
I have check in task manager AOS is using most of resources
I am using DAX 2012 R3 cu 14
Hi Ahmed,
Have you enabled AOS1 again for the users and checked the memory consumption?
Hi Andre,
after restart AOS1 server and I have disable the AOS1 service and all user shifted on AOS2 and AOS Main server so look the below picture without AOS1 service
If this AOS has 16GB of memory and AX is not even taking 4GB and no other tasks are showing the consumption of the other 10-12GB, I would suggest to find a moment to restart the server.
Please share a screenshot of the Performance tab of the task manager, so that we can see the amount of RAM in the system.
please look the Task manager
Thanks Nikolaos you are right let me check so I will sharer the reason
In all your screenshots the AOS consumes 1-4 GB of RAM. So clearly it's not responsible of 99% consumption if the server really has 16 GB RAM.
Can you show a screenshot of the actual total amount of RAM on AOS1 server? You can see that information in Task manager.
Hi,
all my 3 machines of AOS have 16 GB each RAM i mean that AOS1 running on sperate server, AOS2 running on sperate server, MainAOS running on sperate server, each one has 16 GB RAM but only AOS1 service consume 99% RAM.
please see the two pictures that show RAM consumption with and without AOS1 service running.
I also check other AOS server that consume 56% RAM out of 16 GM.
Hi,
AX system requirements (www.microsoft.com/.../details.aspx states 8 GB RAM as minimum and 14 GB recommended for AOS servers. Based on your messages and screenshots it seems that you only have 4 GB RAM on this server. You should increase the memory to meet the system requirements, and perhaps it solves your problem.
