I am very new at this, hence this question might have a very easy answer...
I am working on a customer journey that involves sending an email, with an embedded form.
Is there an automatic way to know whether the person completed the person completed the form so the journey can continue automatically, without me having to manually check whether the form has or not been completed?

Hi,
Please add the form as an element of the email in the customer journey.
Then insert an if/ then tile into the journey and set the form as the condition of the tile.
It allows you to decide which step to continue according to the visits or submissions to the form by the contacts.
