no, you do not need to delete Merge. Just remove the data source from Match and from Map.

Because unable to delete the data source, if i want to delete the data source need to delete map, match and merge.

There is no need for this.  When you run Merge again it will overwrite what you did.  What is the reason you want to "undo" it?

You do not need to delete the merge. You can  start my removing things in Match, though they can not be used in any downstream processes like Measures, Segments, etc.  Then after you clear match you can clear map and start over.

Do you mean the results of what was done previously? Or bypass merge?  I'm not sure I understand the question.  You have to run through Merge.  If you are looking to undo it, (I think that's what the goal is), you may need to do a reset but let me make sure i understand before giving any advice.
