Bulk Posting in General Ledger "Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2

Dear Friends,

I need to perform Bulk posting from Path:"General Ledger>Periodic>Journals>Post Journals. I facing the problem of hanging the system when trying to select many batches to be posted in one shot. Please help if you can?

    Hi Taysir,

    Did you try to run this job by selecting the option to post by using the bath framework? If you haven't done, try it. Then the Batch server (AOS)  will post the journals and divide multiple journals it over multiple threads.

    Hi Andre,

    I tried to run job as a batch on the AOS after defining a group for these job. It is strange that the job still showing status as waiting even after trying to force the processing from the organization administration. Just for information, I am trying to post 200-300 journa batchs? is it a problem?

    HI Taysir,

    Can you check if there is at least one AOS marked as batch server? If you created a new batch group, is this group also included on the batch server?

    200-300 journals is a lot, but possible. It looks like the batch task is not picked up, so please check the batch settings.
