Facing issues with While synching Internal Organization entity data from Finance & Operations using Dual Write you are getting the following error:source column with issue -

If all set up and permissions are correct you can verify if the licenses on Microsoft 365 Admin portal are assigned correctly. If you continue having the issues, I would suggest logging an incident at Microsoft Support.
