Blocking account codes on Business Central

Good afternoon.  If account codes on Business Central are "blocked" on the chart of accounts screen, does that stop the account code appearing when a purchaser order is raised, for example, if i block account code 1234 and then raise a purchase order, does account code 1234 then disappear from the list of available account codes?

    Hi,

    The No. field is filtered for Blocked = No, Account Type = Posting, and Direct Posting Yes when it is a G/L Account Purchase Line.

    It will not show accounts that do not have those field values.
