There have been a few issues lately with our CRM with distribution lists and contacts that are not synced etc. and all point to the CRM and Outlook sync not working properly.
The process used to be automatically done at night but for some reason has recently had to be done manually by out third party IT engineer.
Info: Dynamics CRM 2016 on premise sync with Outlook exchange (AZURE)
I'm a superuser with experience in administration of data/users and a good knowledge of customisation but struggle with back end server-side/exchange sync.
