Dear All,

Is there any way..during prepare the 'Purchase Order' in Navision 2013...how many times the existing PO are amended like qty changed, due date changed, and rate chaged.
Actually we want to keep track of every moment of PO.

you cant activate the change log entry setup for table 38 purchase header for all fields or required fields and check change log entries.

You can archive the PO by enabling the feature called Archive Quotes and Orders from purchase & payables setup where it will archive the Purchase order /quotes whenever there is amendment in transactions.

As well as you can enable change log also .

Change log will give you a level more clear picture in what you are searching for. Enable change log check it out and let us know if it doesnt solve the need.

Hi Manish,

To set the change log, You need to follow the below steps,

Departments--> Administartion --> IT Administration--> General --> Tasks --> Change log Setup.

In the change log Setup window, click on the action in the setup and choose the table .

You can find the table or simply enter the table no after selecting the table.

Select Some Fields or All Fields.

If you selected Some Fields, you will need to press (Shift + F4)the Log Insertion on the fields you want to capture. The window contains a line for each field in the current table.

Fill in the fields for each line then close the window.

To activate the change log, in the Change Log Setup window, select the Change Log Activated field. Close the window.

To View the change log entries :-

Go to File Departments>Administration>IT Administration>General>Change Log Entries

In the Change Log Entries window, remove any filters. The Window now displays all Changes log entries.

Add filters to find entries by any filled.
