Intrastat reporting - Transport in foreign trade

Hi Guys,

I am having trouble with Intrastat reporting for Irish entities in AX 2012 R3. I have set up the transport parameters in the organisation admin screen as required by ROS, but am having difficulty getting this populated into the Intrastat table.

I have only found that this can be manually entered in the sales order or purchase order header, however we have thousands of orders being entered each week and as a result I was hoping that I could automate this with a default set up by supplier, customer etc.

Is this possible, and if so how? If not, how do I get around this issue?

I do have the same issue with other countries (DEU, FRA, SWE, UK).

Is there anyone who has solved this by now?
