I just need someone to tell me I'm not dreaming. When I run Percent complete Revenue Recognition, I see the formual taking the % complete them multiplying by the Expense Budget. Is that right? Or did I set something up incorrectly?

Yes. For example: if you set up a project with a budget for labor of 6000, equipment of 2000, and contract total of 10000. You booked 3000 of expenses. That is compared with the budget total of 8000, so it is .375 complete. Do I understand your question correctly?
