Fundraising and Engagement - Current Year Giving and similar fields not updating following upgrade

I can't find any documentation about how 'background' processes are supposed to work in Fundraising and Engagement.

We have been using the system for nine months. Our environment was upgraded a week ago to:

2022 release wave 2 enabled

App name: Fundraising and Engagement
Server version: 9.2.23024.00188
Client version: 1.4.5434-2302.4
Since the upgrade, Current Year Giving and similar calculated fields are not updating to reflect new donation transactions. Last Gift Amount is showing correctly.
Where can I find documentation related to this so we can make these figures report correctly.
I have the same question (0)

We had a similar issue with our own environments and those of our clients. We did an update on the Azure Template deployment and validated the connection between Azure and F&E and it resolved the issues. We found this new tool helpful in trying to identify issues in the deployment: https://installer.nonprofit.microsoft.com/environmentcheck

Assuming you have this link, but just in case: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/industry/nonprofit/whats-new

I keep these three handy for any new release or when I have issues:

    Solution Centre: https://solutions.microsoft.com/

    Complete Configuration Link: https://installer.nonprofit.microsoft.com/

    Environment checker: https://installer.nonprofit.microsoft.com/environmentcheck

    Thanks.

I did run the checker previously, but not sure what to do with it.

The checker says "ARM template version is missing in the Key Vault.", which when looked up means "You're running Fundraising and Engagement Services version lower than 2.2.3.0. Redeploy the ARM template and rerun the Microsoft Cloud for Nonprofit installer." Following the link 'ARM template' goes to 'Microsft Cloud Solution Center', but no instructions as to what to do next.

Is there any schematic showing the different components of the application and how they are supposed to work?

In solution center you need to deploy the Azure services and please find below document on how to upgrade Azure /ARM.

Aparently running the 'Environment Check' was sufficient to fix the calculation problem without doing anything about the 'ARM' warning.
