Suggest serial number when using warehouse scannable devices

As you know BC has the ability to suggest serial numbers by using a number series and can be very useful for example with shipping and sales.
However, if the use of warehouse mobile devices like Tasklet is used, these cannot suggest serial numbers and instead it is proposed that labels should be used which can be scanned, i.e. have a pre-determined set of labels that can be scanned and labelled as the item is shipped.
Is it possible to generate labels from a no. series in BC is some way or is there other bright suggestions?

    Hi, This appears to be a custom feature, and you can also add standard No. Series features to your customization.
