Wrong unit cost in Project Estimate

Hi Guys,

For one of my projects, Projects-->All Active Projects-->Open my Project and then in the project estimate, the unit cost is not showing the correct value for some roles.

Below is the screenshot,

Any idea from where should I start my investigation?
