Customized business Process and visability in Leads area

I created my own business process for leads with 3 phases.

However, when I want to filter my leads by sales phase, no value is displayed via "Sales phase" and only the first value of the business process is displayed via "Sales phase code", although the leads are already in different phases (2-3).

Can someone help me how to get the correct sales phase displayed in the leads section?

I have the same question (0)

    Hi Kevin K. ,

When a Business Process Flow is created in CRM a new entity is created for this BPF. If you have to filter your leads based on specific phase, there are two possible ways:

1- You can filter your leads by linking it with BPF entity to see specific filtered data.

2- You can directly query on BPF entity, pull in the fields from the related entity (the Lead in this scenario).

    Thanks,

    Hi Saud Ali,

    thank you for your answer.

However, this does not solve my problem.

Because the correct salesprocess phase is not displayed or updated in the Lead. The Sales phase field remains empty and Sales phase code remains on the first process value "Lead generation", although the Leads are in the second step ("Appointment Call").

Attached you will find screenshots for better understanding.

    Best regards

    Kevin

    Hi,

Regarding your question about viewing Lead's sales phase.

After testing by our team, we found that the SalesStageCode and Sales Stage fields remain unchanged even if you move to the next stage using the system's own BPF.

However, the Status and StatusReason fields will change accordingly.

So it is recommended that you use these two fields to view the BPF stages

I hope my answer is helpful to you! If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact me.

    Best Regards,

    Rudy Zhang
