    Hi Christian,

sounds great, but the form submission will only fire once for each contact. So in case a contact is going to submit the form again any time later, he will not be processed in a customer journey, where he already belonged to. At least from my understanding.

Is this going to change with the new release?

    Thank you and BR,

    Philipp

Can you set this up so it fires off the form submission reply every time the same person fills out the form? If a person fills out the form once, it will work. But the customer journey only allows as person through the journey 1 time. What if they come back to the same form 2 weeks later. They should receive the same form email reply.

You can also start the Journey with a Marketing Page if you use pages on the marketing portal.
    See guidance here

The specific Marketing Form tile highlighted below has been added for March 2019 (solution version 1.35.1026.00) as an alternative for the use case that the form is hosted externally on a web page.

Please watch out for updates available in the near future and the release blog: Please check here for updates.

@Christian Abeln: This tile 'Marketing Form' doesn't exist in my Toolbox.
Will it be added with the new April release?

    Hello,

the best way to send a reply email from a form submission is to compose a Customer Journey that includes a trigger for form submissions in sequence behind the marketing form (which can be embedded into your own Web site or be part of a Marketing Page). You can have inbound journeys that start with a marketing form or use outbound journey flows that start with a message to your audience and recipients open the landing page / your form from a link the email.

    Here is an easy samples:
