*CRM Dynamics 365 8.2.0.749 on-premise + CRM for Outlook add-on (not the 'lightweight' app)
Goodday all
We have a lot of problems with emails being automatically tracked to incorrect records.
When the problem occurs, the tracking token is always the same generic token: CRM:000100001
I have already tried to change token settings. The token is still the same but one '0' longer.
The problem occurs with various users and various records so I have no clue how to prevent this from happening.
Any ideas?
