What are the differences between Outlook 2007 vs. Outlook 2010 with CRM 2011

We are looking to upgrade our CRM implementation to CRM 2011.  We are conflicted on upgrading Office as well to 2010 since we just upgraded to Office 2007 in the last 12 months.  Does anyone know what features we will be missing by not upgrading Outlook to 2010 when we upgrade to CRM 2011?
