HI
We currently use the subscription centre for our unsubscribe process, and users data is pre-filled when they land on the page with the web form embedded.
However I wonder is it possible to share the URL of the page hosting the form and share it with the public for them to use to subscribe to our emails? Or are these forms only designed to handle the data for users already in the database and two separate but near identical forms need to be created?
I tried accessing the url from my personal device but go an error message saying 'an error occurred during your submission' when trying to subscribe as a new contact. Does this mean it's not possible to use the subscription centre in a two may manner or are there some settings that need to be adjusted before you can do this?
Thanks
Hi,
You can find a statement which says “The only way a contact can access a subscription center is by clicking a link sent to them in email.” in the following documentation.
Set up a subscription center (Dynamics 365 Marketing) | Microsoft Docs
If you’d like to use a URL which can be shared to manage the subscriptions, you can create the marketing form whose type is “Landing Page” to update contacts. Then use the updated contacts as a condition to trigger a workflow or flow to add / remove them into / from a certain subscription list. This can achieve the same effect.

If this helped you, I'd appreciate it if you'd mark this as a Verified Answer, which may in turn help others as well.
