How to track the incoming emails in dynamic CRM 2016

Hi ,

Currently I am working on tasks in dynamic CRM. here when I send the Email to leads I want to track the response from leads. I can able to capture out going emails but not able to track incoming emails. can any one help me its very urgent for me.Thanks in Advance
