Workflow is not validating from power automate flow.

Hi Experts,

Whenever a user is assigned with work-item for approval, Flow should be triggered to send an email to the user. However, Workflow is not validating and getting the below error.

An error has occurred. Exception occurred while executing action validate on Entity WorkflowWorkItem: A currency to convert to is required to retrieve exchange rate information. Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

There are no issues when approving within FO.

    Hi, If I understood your requirement correctly, you need to send email to Approver when record is inserted in WorkflowWorkItemTable table. Can you provide more details on power automate flow, are you just sending the email or approver can approve it as well from mail?
