Planning Worksheet & Planned Production Order

Hi all,

Item A with Maximum Order policy

Safety Stock - 37

Reorder Point - 74

Max Inv & Overflow - 93

Current Inventory - 94

I am above Reorder Point but my Planning Worksheet is still asking me to order more quantities.

I have a Production Order that has not been released yet.  Is that the reason behind Planning Worksheet asking me to order more ?

    Hi

    Looks like somewhere in your planning worksheet you have two production order that could impact the usage. I highlighted them in below. Can you check all you Planning Batch (Name) to see if you can find them? Then remove and test again.
