There is a way to modify the standar registration/sign in page to look like that?

do you mean the /bootstrap.min.css ? i think that is safe as modifying the /theme.css , but everything that you apply there, affects every page in the portal, PLUS signin page have not even a single tag marked with a unique ID attribute, making a safe procedure to modify a global css.
Am I right? Are you suggesting other approach?

Is it possible to change the Login Page UI as per your need, You can just modify the Default Bootstrap Files.
