Workflow Not Visible

Hi

I have a strange problem

When editing a workflow, it does not display the workflow but comes up with the attached message (when I double click nothing happens)

I use an AX client on my machine. When I log direct onto the AX server, the workflow displays correctly.

Any ideas?

    Are you able to drag and drop workflow elements? Did you check your workflow version? Could it be a former version?

    Hi Simon,

    You can try to install the latest kernel build for your AX 2012 version. Check them here: http://aka.ms/axbuild

    This problem still exists. I have looked on internet but cannot find a solution.

    Are you aware of recent changes on e.g. Windows updates, security policies?

    Yes it worked before.

    Run as a different user with the same results. I presume this signifies something amiss with the AX client I am using specific to my machine.

    Hi Simon Turner,

    Please open as different user from your client (shift+right click->Run as different user).  If that user be able to access then it is security problem ( You don't have rights).

    Else your machine missing some component.

    Probably your machine is missing some pre-requisites. Did it work before?

    The workflow is displayed correctly on the server and also another machine with AX installed.

    It is specific to the AX client on my machine
