relevance search not showing results for some opportunity records where the categorized search showing the results for the same

    Have you checked that opportunity is added in for relevance search indexing. Go to your default solution, select Entities and on the top bar there's a button called Configure Relevance Search. Ensure that opportunity has been added in as an entity for indexing for relevance search.

    Yes.it is already added.i am able to see those opportunity records in relevance search.only that user not able to see opportunity record.and that too some opportunity records not all.and he can see the same record in categorized search.

    When did you enable relevance search for the entity? Is it not showing only for 1 particular user?

    After you enable relevance search, it does take time depending on the size of your organization before you start seeing the Relevance Search result.  Well, the fact that you are able to see it makes me believe that it could just a glitch and maybe wait for sometime, clear browser cache and try again.

    I told the user same that to clear browsing cache.but he mentioned that he is facing the same issue in mobile as well.

    Have him pull and access (open) the records using an advanced search. And then try to do a relevance search again to see if it does any magic.

    Could you please provide screenshot as what exactly happening when you do relevance search.

    Have you followed below article to setup relevance search in Dynamics.
