I am traying to use Employee Portal with Administration used, but I cannot.

Sistems send me a msj: You are not currently mapped to an employee record in Microsoft Dynamics AX. You don`t have Access to enter expense report.

Should I give acces from AX ?? If so, what is the process... ?

Thanks for you help !!

    Hi Aida,

From the users form in system administration menu, you need to link your employee record.

    Hi Aida,

Go to System Administration >> Users  . Select your user with whom you are trying to create expense report. Click on Relations button in the action pane and then create a new record in the relation form and attach the employee record. Make sure you attach the employee record only as there are multiple party that comes in drop down. Now try to create a new expense entry.

Moreover you should have minimum of employee security role assigned to your user if not working with system admin security role.
