We're setting up a Field Service setup, with Ressource Groups and 'stand alone' ressources, but maybe that's beside the point.
Our main issue is, that whenever we set up Agreement Booking Setups to "Auto Generate Booking", the bookings are booking on-top of each other, i.e. a ressources are being booked with multiple WorkOrders in the same timeframe.
Here's an example:
Agreement Booking Setup #1:
Auto Generate Booking: Yes
Duration: 1 hour
Preferred Ressource: John Doe
Time Window Start: 06:00 AM
Time Window End: 11:00 AM
Preferred Start Time: 06:00 AM
Agreement Booking Setup #2:
Auto Generate Booking: Yes
Duration: 1 hour
Preferred Ressource: John Doe
Time Window Start: 06:00 AM
Time Window End: 11:00 AM
Preferred Start Time: 06:00 AM
John Doe's ressource work hours are set to 05:00AM - 03:00PM.
So yes, the Start/End time windows and the Preferred Start Times are the same, but I would imagine that the booking enige would take this into consideration, when auto generating the booking.
So f.x. #1 would be booked from 06:00AM - 07:00AM and #2 would be booked from 07:00AM - 08:00AM, but instead both #1 and #2 are booked from 06:00AM - 07:00AM for John Doe on the same day.
Are we missing some configuration to avoid booking conflicts with auto generation of bookings, or is this not possible with Dynamics Field Service.
We're running Dynamics 365 Version 1710 (9.1.0.299).
