Hi Community,
I am just wondering if you already faced the same scenario where a customer wants to start in a fresh new tenant A incl. Exchange (Online) integration from an existing tenant B.
For Exchange onPremise it should easily work. But for Dynamics Online & Exchange Online it seems that it does not, right? Ayn thoughts, ideas or solutions?
I am referring to this article: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/supported-email-service-configurations-server-side-synchronization
"Currently, connecting model-driven apps in Dynamics 365 with Exchange Online in a different tenant is not supported."
Thanks in advance
Patrick
Hi Patrick,
In addition to response provided by Efrain, if you still needs to achieve such functionality, a few others options can be using MS Power Automate or Logic App for such integration. Hope it helped.
Thanks for clarification!
Yes, the article is correct. It also says:
The issue is with it being in a different tenant.
