Dear All,

I want to create workflow in CRM 2011 . I want to send some emails after one day of record creation. Can anyone guide me how to do this. I will be very thankful to you .

Dear Mark,

I need your assistance .I want to create a workflow . The workflow trigger if customer not make any order since 3 month or 2 month then workflow trigger and send email to customer. Is it possible in crm 2011 or i need to create some utility in c#.

If you run it only on create like so it will run only once

Hi Mark,

Thanks for your reply . can you please tell me how to trigger work flow one time means if work flow started email send then it will not run again for same record because record is always greater then workflow condition and work flow trigger again and again.

You can add condition that Process Execution time is equals to 1 Day After Created On.

you would use the "Send Email" option in the workflow after your conditions and checks
