CRM 2011 Email Router Support of Windows 2012

I'd like to install the CRM 2011 Email Router on a new server running Windows Server 2012.  The only reference I have been able to find is CRM's support for Windows Server 2008 R2 (or older).  Has anyone been able to successfully install and run the email router on Windows Server 2012?

    Unfortunately, there is no official support for any CRM 2011 components installed on Windows Server 2012. I'd expect support to be included in a CRM update rollup soon.

    The CRM E-mail Router is a simple service. I've seen it installed successfully on a workstation running XP or Vista in a proof of concept, and low-specced virtual machines running Windows Server 2003.

    No longer true Neil. CRM 2011 Email Router is supposed to work on Server 2012. See msdn.microsoft.com/.../hh699689%28v=crm.5%29.aspx. However, it appears you have to jump through hoops to get it to work. I have not yet been successful.  I really with Microsoft would just release a CRM 2011 installer that worked on Server 2012 so you don't have to jump through hoops.
