I have a CRM 2016 server configured as an IFD deployment with claims. It all works as expected but there is a slight annoying issue.
Every two hours or so the page stops responding when I try to navigate through the system (it does not do anything) and this is because I have been logged out of the system without warning. There is no "session expired" message, it kicks me out of the server and I have to refresh the page or navigate to the organization again and perform a fresh sign in.
I am not an expert in networking but I feel that this is an ADFS related issue. Has anyone ever come across this problem before?
It does not impede me from working but it's rather annoying and can lead to lose customizations if not saved before the logout.
