We know that records stuck in PJTranWk need to be cleared to allow projects to close.
What we don't know is why are records getting in there that make no sense.
We run the report that was created to let us know what allocations need to be re-released.
When we release them, even though it clears them out, it always produces zero records.
What are we doing wrong to have them there in the first place?
