We have a client that has some part numbers on invoices that do not show up on picking tickets and packing slips. How can this be fixed?

Are the forms modified at all? If so, does the same thing happen using the unmodified report? Also, are the items standard GP inventory items or are they BOM/Kit items and perhaps expecting the component items to print as well?
