Unable to deploy an evaluation version of D365 (contoso) from my LCS account

Hi ,

We are an MS Partner. We have an LCS account which allows us to successfully deploy AX 2012 Contoso to our Azure account. When we log in to LCS and select new project > MS Dynamics 365 for Retail in the methodology box the normal "Evaluate MS Dynamics AX" choice is not there. Then when we click create it says permission denied or sometimes "methodology must be completed". We would like to have this choice available as we will soon be starting to need to obtain relevant certifications etc in D365. Thanks for any help
