Error message "An error occured. Please try again later. If the problem persists contact system admin for further assistance"

Dear all,

I got a customer who got this error message several times. When refreshing the screen it disappears.

How can these error messages be resolved? Is this a symptom of something? Hereby I assed some screenshots:

So far they only appeared on Dashboards and views. I have not been able to reproduce this situation yet.

Could it maybe have something to do with the browser the customer is using?

    Hello,

    My recommendation is to get in touch with Microsoft and open a support ticket - they have logs and can trace an error.
